Everything was perfect, from your directions to the snack basket:). It is so nice and quiet- and comfortable! The perfect place to unwind after the hectic days....
Thank you also for the speedy refund of our deposit. We never had time (or energy) to use the pool, but next time perhaps :)

Thanks for the email and refunding the deposit so quickly. We had a great time and the pool really made a difference to us (it was over 90 each day). I must say that we haven’t stayed at Davenport before and I think the location, just 5 minutes off the I4, is perfect. All was in order in the villa itself and again it is the best villa we have stayed in at Florida.
One thing that we tried for the first time was an airboat ride. There are lots of adverts for such tours with boggy creek being the most widely advertised. However, we wanted a more authentic experience so opted for ‘wild willy’s airboat ride’ which is a typical mom and pop business. It was excellent all round and has very good reviews on trip adviser. You might, if asked, pass on this as a recommendation.

Booked direct with the owner – brilliant information and easy to book. Villa on arrival was beautiful, very clean and well presented. Contacted Rosie, Managing Agent, on the first day as we needed the stair gate, very helpful and it was found in the master suite. Pool lovely, house lovely, Theme Parks great. We returned from Orlando yesterday and decided to write and express our appreciation for the outstanding villa we rented from you for our vacation. Our children and grandchildren were with us and they too express their appreciation. The villa is large and comfortable, spotlessly clean and perfectly organized. Everything that was promised was provided "and then some" as the Americans say.
We appreciated the very clear instruction book including tips for off the beaten track touring (such as Clermont) which was very enjoyable.
The small additional items provided (such as a stroller and car seat) are really thoughtful.
Your local agent was very pleasant and helpful. He responded immediately when contacted.

This was our third trip to Florida in three years and we have found an excellent property. 'Wayfarers' is situated in a quiet area, yet is ideally situated for all the Theme Parks, shopping, restaurants, golf. The house is furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with everything you could possible need. We looked forward every day to returning to the house knowing that we could relax.
